Evaluate the effectiveness of a national initiative aimed at increasing HIV and sexual reproductive health (SRH) awareness among adolescents and young people through targeted messaging and media outreach development media engagement and monitoring for a period of six months.

The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) is a state corporation established in 1980 under the Act of Parliament, namely the Kenya National Examination Council Act Chapter 225A of [1980].

KNEC is the sole administrator of national examinations in the country. KNEC required communication consultancy support in media monitoring before, during and after the national examinations.

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) was established under Article 237 (1) of the Constitution and is mandated to register and employ trained teachers. The Commission is the largest single
employer in Kenya with more than 400,000 teachers in its employment. Sasa Media was contracted to support the implementation of the existing communication strategy and ensure TSC effectively communicates and engages its publics/stakeholders.
