The consultancy aimed to revitalise Minet by communicating constantly accurate messages while disseminating detailed information about the scheme.

Key milestones

  • A crisis communication plan for the teacher’s medical scheme helped a great deal in dealing with the backlash from teachers’ unions in regards to the recruitment of a medical service provider for teachers.

  • Success in mitigating negative reports and managing the crisis that was tormenting among trade unions and teachers who were determined to push for a non-renewal of the Teachers Medical Insurance Scheme with Minet and its consortium members.
